Fine Wine Monthly Draw

I. General

1. By entering the Newsletter Draw entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. This fine wine newsletter draw is organised by Cardinal Online Ventures Ltd, the owner of thecardinalscellar.com.
3. The Cardinal’s Cellar reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of The Cardinal’s Cellar is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

II. Qualifying Entrants

1. There is no purchase requirement or charge to enter the competition.
2. All legal entrants must be aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom, or be above the legal drinking age in their country.
3. To enter the draw you need to subscribe to The Cardinal's Cellar newsletter by providing your name and your e-mail address in the signup form and confirming your subscription by clicking a link in a confirmation e-mail. One person can provide only one e-mail address.
4. The Cardinal’s Cellar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
5. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
6. The Cardinal’s Cellar reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
7. Employees, associates and partners of The Cardinal's Cellar are not allowed to enter the Competition.
8. Cancelling your newsletter subscription automatically removes you from the draw list.

III. Winners & Prizes

1. The winner will receive £100 worth of fine wine selected by The Cardinal's Cellar.
2. One winner will be chosen at random by The Cardinals Cellar every last day of a month.
3. Prize winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition draw. Any invalid email address will be discarded and prizes will only be sent to the postal address received from the winner's e-mail address within 7 days of notification.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Cardinal’s Cellar reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
5. Prizes are awarded at The Cardinal’s Cellar’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
6. Winners are responsible for paying any local import taxes.
7. Free UK and international delivery. Any returns will be charged accordingly for a second delivery.
8. Deliveries of the wine to foreign countries will have to be in accordance with the country’s customs legislation. If your country or state does not accept alcohol imports, you will forfeit the prize.

IV. Liability

1. The Cardinal’s Cellar cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
2. The Cardinal’s Cellar is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other persons computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition.
3. Nothing shall exclude The Cardinal’s Cellar’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
4. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely by The Cardinal’s Cellar for marketing purposes. We will not disclose to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
