Description

An opulent Shiraz with the hallmark Barossa flavours of plums and dark berries plus the peppery chocolate flavours derived from the 16 months it has spent in oak. Although rich and quite alcoholic it has plenty of purity.

Craneford Wines is nestled on the northern edge of the Barossa Valley. Their aim is to channel their passion and energy into expressing what makes Barossa wines so distinctive.

A lovely wine Review by Jeff
Rating
This is a lovely wine. Absolutely bursting with fruit, very smooth, and the flavours remain right to the last drop. A fair bit of sediment but this doesn't detract from the enjoyment. Superb value for the price. Drank very well straight from the bottle too. (Posted on 29/03/2012)
A smooth well balanced tasty red Review by Tom

A delicious well balanced red. This wine is very smooth, fruity, with strong opulent dark berried flavors and a refined finish. It is drinking very well Christmas 2011 and is highly recommended. (Posted on 25/12/2011)
