Paul Jaboulet Aîné has always been a big name in the Rhône Valley due to the high quality of his wines. Purchased by the Frey family of Château La Lagune in Bordeaux in 2006, Jaboulet has furthered its wine-making finesse and is up amongst the most important in the region. Wines now have more significant fruit expression and less oak leading to refined and elegant reds.
