Delivery Information

The Cardinal's Cellar delivers all products worldwide with the exception of the Republic of Ireland.

UK Delivery

Courier Delivery is free for orders over £250 (including VAT)..

For smaller orders, we charge a flat rate of £7.50.

Orders are despatched from our cellars in Gloucestershire and will normally reach you the next working day, if placed before 12.00 pm. If you require a specific day delivery, please include this information in a 'Customer Note' with your order.

PLEASE NOTE - all orders received on Friday will not ship until Monday (for a Tuesday delivery) unless a Saturday delivery is chosen. This is because we do not advise leaving wine sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

Due to the relatively high value of the goods being delivered, we do require a signature on delivery. In exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement only, delivery may be made without a signature to, for example, regular customers in isolated rural locations.

Broken bottles or incomplete deliveries

In the unlikely event of a bottle arriving damaged or a part / incomplete order, it will be replaced free of charge.  You must inform the courier on delivery and please let us know, as soon as possible. Failure to do this might invalidate your right to a replacement.

Packaging

Bottles are packaged in courier approved reinforced, protective cardboard boxes to ensure the wine arrives in the best possible condition.

Please note, the condition of labels and bottles do vary, but if the condition is poor, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

For simplicity, prices are quoted below for 1, 6 and 12 bottles. However, whatever quantity you wish to buy, the exact delivery price will be quoted before you checkout.
