The Cardinal believes that his loyal customers deserve to get something back for choosing The Cellar as their fine wine supplier. Therefore, we have introduced a Customer Loyalty Programme where you can save money on your orders.

How It Works?

You earn loyalty points from all your orders and from any orders placed by customers who you have referred to us. These points can be redeemed as a discount on your subsequent orders.

Tip: The Loyalty Programme is only available to registered customers. Register and subscribe to our newsletter before ordering and get 125 points that will save you money on your first order!

Redeeming Points

You will receive a £1 discount per 20 points. Points are only redeemable on orders of a minimum value of £50 (incl VAT).

To redeem your points use the slider in a shopping cart view or just click the 'Maximize my discount with points' checkbox to use all your available points.

Where can I manage my points and referrals?

You can manage your points and referrals when you are logged into your customer account.

You can see the summary of your points balance in the Account Dashboard.

Details of your points earnings and spendings are available in My Loyalty Points section.

You can invite friends and see all your registered referrals in My Referrals section.

How do I invite friends or family?

Inviting other wine lovers to our website can bring you big savings on your wine purchases, as you will receive 75 points for their first order and 10% of the points your referrals earn on all subsequent orders.

You can invite your friends in one of the following ways:

1) Use Your Referral URL.

Your Referral URL is a special link to our website that you can send to your friends. Once your friends register or place their first order after accessing the website from your link, they will be recorded as your referrals.

Your Referral URL is available in your Customer Account, in the My Referrals section.

2) Send invitations directly from your Customer Account

Provide e-mail addresses of your friends in the Send Invitations form in My Referrals section to send them invitations with your referral URL directly from our site.

You can even import contacts from your e-mail accounts' address book in a few clicks and attach a message.

Why can't I see the points slider on the cart page?

Please make sure you are logged into your customer account and that your order value is £50 or more.
