A beautiful example of a red Margaux from this excellent vintage. Despite its deep plum colour this is a lighter wine than perhaps expected. It is clean, well-balanced, with silky tannins that taste fruity and alive. It has a beautiful nose of blackcurrant, blackberries with hints of smoke/tobacco and leather.

This wine benefits from being decanted over several hours and is especially recommended to those who like a lighter red.
