This wine is made in a very clean and pure style using stainless steel tanks with no lees stirring. The fruit flavours are of green apple, peach and citrus with some spice including lemongrass notes. It is a very elegant and well-balanced style of wine with mineral notes, good body and a clearly defined acidity. A very food friendly wine that will accompany a wide range of dishes including fish, white meats and vegetable quiches.
