The world of wine can be complicated and confusing. The list of Chateaux and producers is growing daily; there are over 1200 wineries in California alone.

In this section we hope to give you a brief but detailed, insight into the wines available at The Cardinals Cellar and why we have chosen to stock them. You can expect frequent additions, as we update our wines, on a monthly basis. Within each producer’s folder you will find a simple checklist on their vineyard including information on the oenologists, the vineyard, the vines, their techniques and more.
